Why shirts off the rack fail
Most shirt trouble comes down to three spots. The collar gaps at the back of the neck or chokes at the front. The sleeve runs too long or too short past the wrist. The body billows around the waist because it was cut for a bigger chest to fit around.
None of those need a new shirt. They need someone measuring you rather than a size chart.

If you already own shirts that fit everywhere except the waist, Gregory can slim them down rather than build new ones. Customers have brought in shirts that billowed at the torso and had them taken in to sit close without pulling at the buttons.

Caring for a shirt between wears
A well-fitted shirt holds its shape longer with some care. Launder it on a gentle cycle or by hand, and press it rather than leaving it to dry creased, so the collar and cuffs keep their line.
